to drop you a line to let you know how chuffed we were with your apartment.
We felt that you and your wife had put a great deal of thought into
furnishing the place with everything needed to feel right at home. Thank
you. Although we had never stayed in a condo complex before always choosing
a house so as to have our own pool we were very impressed with the Palms
complex. The pool was great as were the tennis and basketball courts .The
only disappointment was that my two elder children were very much looking
forward to using the gym and upon arrival we discovered that it was for
18yrs and above. The people you employ to clean the apartment did an
extremely efficient job, normally I feel it necessary to give everything a
scrub or at least a wipe over before use; in your home this was not the
case. I have absolutely no hesitations in recommending your home, the care
and thought invested by yourselves meant that we felt that we were

Everything was perfect and we had a wonderful time. The condo certainly
lived up to our expectations and all your instructions were perfect. The only
problem we encountered was a crack in the coffee pot which caused it to
leak all over, but the management company replaced that for us. If we are

the Windsor Palms Resort in Florida. Our holiday
was fantastic from the beginning to the end, and a lot of that has to go
down to your lovely condo, it was really spacious and comfortable with very
nice furnishings, the kids loved their bedroom with the Winnie the Pooh
theme. First impressions mean a lot and when we walked in to the Condo it
really had the wow factor, totally home from home, really cozy and very
clean. The management company that look after it in your absence, look to
be doing a great job. The Resort is really nice,
it’s in a good location with a lovely pool and great amenities. We
wanted for nothing during our stay, even down to trips to the beach, we
made good use of the cool boxes for our sandwiches and drinks etc. Once
again Thank You, we have already recommended you to people that are
