From leaving the gate of Windsor Palms, you can
find yourself entering the Walt Disney World Resort in under 10 minutes.
Other attractions, such as Sea World, Universal Studios, Wet n' Wild, and
other International Drive area
attractions are around 20 minutes drive. The NASA
Kennedy Space
Center and Daytona Beach are just over an hour
away to the east coast. The resort is just off the 192 which hosts
numerous family restaurants for all tastes.

From Formosa
Gardens Village,
within a five minute drive west on the 192, Rolling Oaks Commons features
a Super Target, Olive Garden and Longhorn Steakhouse in addition to other
shops and restaurants. There is also a Publix Supermarket on the opposite
side of the road at Orange
Lake Town
Center.
Heading east towards Disney World has a variety of shops and
restaurants, such as Golden Corral, Ponderosa, Perkins, IHOP, Circle K
and various gift shops.
